Stayed in a basic queen room with cozy beds 🛏️. Great spot right in the heart of things near the cathedral, the Archbishop's palace , and a cafe.

The hotel is in a great location - a few minutes walk from the cathedral but just on the edge of town so it was quiet enough to sleep well - unusual for Spain! Friendly staff and nothing too much trouble, good breakfast, free wi-fi.
I think the hotel is expensive given where else I have stayed (in Europe) but this is probably down to there not being too many hotels in Santiago and availability was difficult to find.

Reasonably large and budget room, overall clean hotel in general.
Free parking onsite provided. Comfortable room with a great view, nice views and a very good bathroom. Stunning location, a cathedral and a church minute walk from the building.

Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Spotless and new-fashioned room with a balcony and the most comfortable bed. Marvellous location close to the Camino, a popular restaurant open late, and many restaurants nearby. Close to the center of town.

My dad has celiac disease and can't eat gluten. The staff person at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name!) went out of her way to do some research and find a handful of restaurants in the neighbourhood that served gluten-free food. It's a very charming hotel right in the centre of the city.
The only draw back is also its selling point--because it's so close to the cathedral it's in a very tourist-y area. We had to walk to find great restaurants outside the tourist-crammed centre.

I liked its quaint size, and its location to the cathedral. The decor of the rooms were pleasant and comfortable. It was like a family-run bed and breakfast; the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back here to stay on any future trip to Santiago de Compostela.
Being that it is on a pedestrian walkway, it was a bit challenging to maneuver around the taxis, but the staff helped with our luggage and expedited the process so it was manageable.

Excellent location - literally meters away from the famous Cathedral. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English (rarity in Northern Spain). The woman in reception made my dining out arrangements according to my cuisine preferences, provided vital information about the city, even booked a taxi in advance for my departure to airport. The hotel itself is in a nice old building. Room was very nicely furnished, comfortable. I won't have to think twice where to stay the next time I'm in Santiago.
The Wi-Fi internet connection was somewhat wonky but still usable. There's a windpipe player nearby playing all the day well into evening. It did not bother me much but might be an issue for those who like it quiet.

The hotel's prime location next to the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral is truly unbeatable. It's like having a front-row seat to a breathtaking performance every day!
Check-in process could be improved.

The location is very good due to fact that is really close to the cathedral and the Center of Santiago and, not on the side of the restaurants and bars where the noise is, which means that even being close to the center it's a calm location
I hated an absurd exit green light inside of the room that hardly let me sleep

The room was neat & modern with comfortable beds, had free Wi-Fi. The breakfast offered was plentiful with fresh juices and strong coffee, for example, couldn't have asked for more. The staff were helpful in every interaction we had. Location: the hotel was so close to Santiago cathedral, taxis stopping right at the doorstep and the Camino...
